Tod’s offers luxury bags

Italian luxury brand Tod’s has brought two limited edition handbags, Gummy Bag

and D-Styling Luxury to India. Gummy Bag is available in three colors (transparent, baby pink and light blue). D-Styling Luxury, the new luxury edition of the iconic D-Bag, is available in four colors (tan, off white, grey and dark brown). These bags are made entirely by hand. Luxury in its truest sense is manifested in these pieces. Priced at Rs 2,12,000 the D-Styling Luxury will be available in India only on order. However the bag is available also at other flagship stores like NY, Paris and London. Gummy Bags are priced at Rs 31,000 and only 22 pieces are available.

Tod’s is a retailer of premium leather shoes and accessories. Tod’s bags are beautiful in a simple way. For those who cannot afford to spend huge prices, a Tod’s bag is perhaps the best alternative on the luxury mass-market. The brand’s fur bags have aesthetic value. Tod’s is also offering world’s most expensive iPad case, which is almost ten times the cost of Apple’s iPad itself. Tod’s has become a multibillion-dollar multinational, but its operations still ooze with Old World tradition.
