Top 15 designers for Men’s Week

As New Delhi gears up for the third edition of Men’s Week, Tarun Tahiliani and

15 other leading designer labels have been listed to showcase their collection at the extravaganza starting on September 2 in New Delhi. As already reported the Van Heusen India Men’s Week will be inaugurated by designer Arjun Khanna who returns to the capital after a five-year gap. Interestingly, this time the event will also see women who design menswear like Anjana Bhargav, Sanchita Ajjampur, Krishna Mehta and Rajvi Mohan showcasing their collections.

Some of the other participating designers are Abhishek Gupta, Abraham and Thakore, Manoviraj Khosla, Rajesh Pratap Singh, and Shantanu and Nikhil. Filmmaker Karan Johar and Varun Bahl have been selected as the grand finale designers. The duo’s label Karan Johar+Varun Bhal was launched in 2009. The fashion week is organized by Van Heusen, a reputed brand for shirts in India, and the Fashion Design Council of India. The event provides young male models an opportunity to prove their talent. It’s also meant to provide an impetus to the menswear industry.
