Vishal Fashions unveils Nazaakat collection

Vishal Fashions in collaboration with designer Vikram Phadnis, has unveiled ‘Nazaakat Collection’.

This is a collection designed by Phadnis at the 15th IIFA Weekend 2014. The collection was showcased at the Tampa Convention Centre. The sensuous Malaika Arora Khan and the dazzling Yami Gautam sashayed down the ramp as showstoppers of the evening.

‘Nazaakat’ by Vikram Phadnis offers classic Indian ensembles with each piece differently designed. The collection takes inspiration from the old world charm, bringing back classic designs in deep rich tones. The range features colours such as black, beige, gold and maroon with pops of red, pink and orange. The collection includes saris along with lehenga cholis and Jalabias in tissues, nets, georgettes and brocades.

Vishal Fashions forayed into direct retailing under the brand name ‘Arissa’. It has a fully functional office in Mumbai which is managed by Sharad Bhatia, retail industry veteran. Arissa shops have begun operations in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan.
