With Shikhar Dhawan, FBB goes young and stylish

Fashion at Big Bazaar (FBB), a part of the Future Group recently

roped in cricketer Shikhar Dhawan as its brand ambassador. He replaces Indian cricket team’s captain Mahinder Singh Dhoni. The aim is to provide a young and peppy avatar and attract youth to the fashion chain.

Going with the mandate, creative agency for the FBB, DDB Mudra has created an online film campaign with the theme: 'Let's make India thoda aur stylish'. Released through social media, it shows Dhawan on the sets of a modelling assignment, where he says that his moustache is his style on and off the pitch. This statement is followed my various shots of the opening batsman posing for the camera. Dhawan then asks 'How stylish are you?' adding that his moustache has made him 'thoda aur' (more) stylish.

Targeting the 18 to 30 years age-group, the 360-degree campaign will also be rolled out on other forms of media like print including on-ground engagement like FBB’s sales staff growing moustaches like Dhawan’s.
