Zariin and Pernia Qureshi to partner for LFW

Hip Indian jewelry brand Zariin will be the official

accessory partner with designer Pernia Qureshi at the upcoming Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2012 runway event, to be held from, August 3rd-7th at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Mumbai. All the designs to be worn by the models on the runway will then be made exclusively available through Qureshi’s online boutique Perniaspopupshop.com.

Qureshi will be showcasing a new line of designs during Lakme Fashion Week and Zariin will be accessorizing all of the models for Qureshi’s show. The e-boutique offers global customers instant access to the hottest Indian fashion brands, with plenty of styling advice and input from Qureshi herself.

Zariin and Qureshi have a long collaborative history: Qureshi hand-picked Zariin as one of her top 10 Indian designers for her web boutique when it first launched; ever since, Zariin jewelry has been a permanent part on her site and a perpetual best-seller.

Lakme Fashion Week is held twice a year and showcases designs of the best of India’s designers, both established and up-coming. The event is jointly organized by Lakme, the top beauty brand in India, and IMG, the global authority in fashion week production.
