ZegnArt project launched in India

With the inauguration of the ZegnArt project in Mumbai - India, Gildo Zegna, CEO of

Italian luxury menswear house Ermenegildo Zegna feels that India is likely to reach the levels of luxury consumption of China in 10 to 15 years. In India, Zegna operates five stores in joint venture with Reliance Group, while in China it directly operates 100 stores.

The ZegnArt project features the works of Reena Kallat, curated by Anna Zegna, the exhibition being on display at the Dr Bhau Daji Lad Museum in Mumbai until May 15, 2013. The ZegnArt project will be hosted in Turkey and Brazil in 2014, coinciding with the Art Biennale in these countries.

ZegnArt is an entity articulated through the activity of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group within the contemporary cultural arena. The ZegnArt branches various international projects realized by the company in the field of contemporary visual arts, in collaboration with curators, cultural institutions and organizations.
