AEMA has conducted many promotional activities for the show. These include: road shows in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Indore, Meerut, personal visits apart from marketing. “We have field workforce meeting all participants and visitors,” says Lalit Gulati, President, AEMA. “Keeping the festival season in mind, the show was planned for July so that exhibitors can showcase and sell their products to shopkeepers for the forthcoming festive season.”

The exhibitors include: makers of women’s and men’s, lingerie, sportswear, babies and children’s wear, evening wear, swimwear, festive and bridal wear, ethnic wear, handbags, fabrics, buttons, labels, inspection, testing and certification services and fashion magazines. “All kinds of domestic readymade garment manufacturers will be a part of the event. We are expecting 155 exhibitors from Delhi, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Tirupur, Jaipur, Amritsar, Chandigarh etc, and targeting over 20,000 visitors,” Gulati says. Exhibitors can look to widen their sourcing base apart from meeting new customers, get easy access to latest trends, best market strategies, innovative displays, and feedback from established entrepreneurs among other things.
