Just I, the brand from Ahan Apparel is looking at launching 100 EBOs over the next two years. The brand is positioned as a mid-segment lifestyle brand offering urban fashion at value-for-money price catering for the youth. Elaborating on

the retail strategy, Arvind Gupta, Director, Ahan Apparel says, “The key to the success of any retail brand is its popularity, leading to its success at the MBO level. We are currently emphasizing on MBO growth and want to push it up to 500 in number and EBOs to 50. We also want to be in maximum Tier II and Tier III cities apart from extending our product range by adding fashion accessories.” The brand is looking at notching up the magical figure of 100 EBO’s in two years’ time.

The
product portfolio includes men’s casuals -- from shirts to tees and jeans, corduroys and accessories. Commenting on the USP of the collection, Gupta says, “We have always tried to create a trend rather than following an existing one. Our design approach has been to be different – in all aspects. ‘Change’ is the name of the game for fashion in the future and Just I intends to be synonymous with it by keeping pace with it. The idea is to keep experimenting and exceed expectations.” After a good response for Spring/Summer Collection, the brand is expecting better response for the Autumn/Winter collection. The collection includes funky designs in denims and corduroys, and also introduces jackets and shirts with concept fabrics, like the reversibles.

The parent company Ahan Apparel has been in the business for last 20 years. It formed in 2003 to consolidate the total textiles and garments business under one umbrella with a handful of highly qualified, motivated and talented individuals. “With their honest efforts, will power and long term vision, Just I was launched in 2008. With multi-dimensional aspirations, the management visualized the golden opportunity in fashion retail and worked relentlessly towards it. The company foresees a huge potential in the gap for quality product with the ‘value for money’ concept.”

Just I has a young and dedicated design team that has a strong focus on innovation and creativity and its comprehensive knowledge of local market enables efficient quality management, mass production and distribution.
