Kazo’s High Summer, Colorful and Glamorous

Kazo, a premium denim brand, is all set to dole out its new spring/summer collections. The new line has been defined on four themes for men and women. For women the themes are: military lounge, casual, young and glam evening and for men it’s beach wear, military, denim

and club wear.“Lot of bright floral colors have been used for the women’s collection, while a cool hip look is given to the men’s garments. There is much more to look forward to in the High Summers of ’10 from Kazo,” exclaims Deepak Aggarwal, Managing Director, Kazo.

 

 

Apart from denims, Kazo is also into developing new designs in the category of bags as per the latest trends in the season. Their new offering consists of glam neckpieces and exquisitely designed earrings. “There are accessories in the shapes of lips, hearts, bows, etc. Enhancements of colored studs, electrifying metal look with splashes of colors and more are included in our collection,” states Aggarwal.

Kazo has state-of-the-art design studios in prominent fashion capitals of the world. They have set up design studios in Spain, Paris, London and Milan which ensures the modality of global trends in their garments. Currently, they have 14 EBOs, with an area of 200 sq. ft., of which 13 are company-owned and one is a franchise based. Aggarwal adds, “By the end of the year 2010, we are targeting another 20 company-owned and 20 franchise based EBOs, which would be around 3,500 sq. ft. These stores would also have exclusive space of men’s wear.”

Kazo targets young men and women in the age-group of 16-35 years from SEC A and A+ who are stylish, fun loving, confident, trendsetters. The company caters to women with its brands Kazo Trendy, Kazo Evening, Kazo Basic and Kazo Limited. Aggarwal elucidates, “Kazo Trendy is especially designed to bring out the sheer fun element in the lives of young girls between 15-25 years of age. Kazo Evening wear, is a designer evening wardrobe for women in the age bracket of 16-35. Kazo Basic is basically office wear and Kazo Limited is for women in the age group 20 -35. These clothes are limited and are designed to show oodles of attitude, charm, poise and style.”  Kazo caters to men through its brands Kazo Trendy (casuals), Kazo Club (party wear) and Kazo Bottoms. Kazo Bottoms include denims, trousers and shorts.

Their turnover for the financial year 2009-2010 is Rs 150 million and they aim to have a 100 per cent growth rate year-on-year. “The main asset of the brand is that it is highly affordable which enables customers to get access to the latest designer wear, giving a chance to every man and woman to feel great in their skin, right to their soul,” concludes Aggarwal.
