In a span of a few years, Latin Quarters has become synonymous with modern and distinctive product designs that stand for exceptional quality and styling. “Our future is great, while we focus on taking Latin Quarters to more and more locations and we are also creating fun and exciting new concepts for our customers,” says Ratika Kohli, Marketing Representative, Ikon Retail.
Since its inception in 2006, the brand has established itself into a powerful presence with a niche and loyal clientele. The LQ collection is available at over 100 point of sales across the country. The brand has been successful in setting new benchmarks in women’s wear through the exquisite range and unique store design, matching international standards and panache. The extraordinary and elegant styles are deliberated by its design studio based in New York, which constantly strive to provide unique competitive advantage over the peers. The styles are delicately crafted in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, furnishing a collection that is chic and stylish.
Following a steadily positive response across India, the brand plans to roll out 10 exclusive retail outlets by this year. It has already signed up properties in locations like Amritsar and Ludhiana, which will be opened by August. LQ is available in large format stores like Shoppers Stop, My Way, Central, Planet Fashion, Lulu Hypermarket. Apart from metros, the brand is also looking at Tier II and III markets. The approach to structured growth will be a mix of both company-owned and franchise stores. It seeks to partner energetic entrepreneurs for its franchise extension. “Contrary to beliefs, Tier II, III cities have great potential as people residing in these cities are equally fashion conscious and has deep pockets but the avenue of organized modern retail is limited. Hence, it is significantly an untapped market. After opening our store in a conservative market like Lucknow, we have got phenomenal response which has prompted us to reach out to these cities” adds Kohli. Apart from its offline expansion, the brand has also been proactive online as it has already tied up with leading portals like Flipkart and Myntra.
