Rockstar to add innerwear and accessories by '15

Rockstar Jeans has chalked out its e-tail expansion plans to reach out to more people across India. The brand now wants to target the north and northeastern states to spread its retail network. “The forthcoming season looks promising. Temperatures have changed considerably and we are

hoping for a proportionate change in wardrobes as well. Spring/Summer means lighter fabrics, fresher colours and linen. We have introduced an exciting portfolio of linen products, especially for S/S ’14 that include shirts, trousers and shorts,” explains Nikhil Lalwani, Director, Rockstar Jeans.

Considering the hot Indian summers, the brand has introduced a fresh palette of colours and styles to beat the heat. “Our palette is an exotic spread with extravagant designs and shades to fulfill every consumer’s appetite for year-round fashion. Our fresh oranges, pinks, yellows, blues and whites intend to steal the limelight. Our light-weight denim and cotton trousers coupled with colourful accessories are fresh additions to every wardrobe,” Lalwani says.

The company’s product range consists of casual shirts, linen shirts, fashion formal shirts, fashion denims, cotton trousers, shorts and Tees that are round necks and polos. Elaborating on the change in demand for its products, Lalwani says, “There will be an upward movement in price purely because quality is getting dearer and we refuse to compromise on the quality. Moreover we’ve noticed customers do not like quality compromised either. We are looking to add innerwear, footwear and accessories in our range by 2015.”

The price bracket where Rockstar Jeans entered the market is synonym to ‘affordable fashion’. “For Rockstar Jeans, this is just the beginning.
