The designer launched her high fashion women’s wear label Anupamaa in 2004. The label follows her design philosophy of achieving an international look with an Indian soul and has interpreted Indian textile traditions in her bold and modern signature style. Her work is unique for its harmonious blend of nature, tradition and modernism as she presents hand blocked prints in an almost jewel like avtaar. A single motif could have as many as eight colors, shaded, burnt out, antiquated to create a dazzling fabric rainbow. At the Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai, the Delhi-based designer presented a collection encompassing Indian heritage, craft and natural fabrics. Some of the highlights were prints, a vivid color palette and international silhouettes. Her signature style is hi-fashion women's wear where she attempts at translating Indian textile traditions in her bold and modern style. Maxi dresses and skirts are a huge trend this season worldwide and Anupamaa Dayal has gorgeous prints. The embellished necklines and the interaction of the details are eye-catching. There are huge color combinations in the collection. The designs are available at Melange, Ensemble, Ogaan, Ffolio, Ezoluzione stores, as well as several luxury stores in Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East.
