Celebrating Vivaha 2012

Weddings bring memories of a lifetime – and Tarun Sarda is back with the 10th edition of ‘Celebrating Vivaha’, Asia’s most spectacular wedding exhibition. The exhibition promises to showcase all the nuances of a perfect wedding under one roof. From designer trousseaus to wedding jewellery, makeup trends, skincare brands to wedding services such as photography, catering, décor and honeymoon destinations, the exhibition has a vast line-up of everything. The extravaganza will be held from December 14-16, 2012 at Hotel Ashok, New Delhi.

Ever since its inception 10 years ago, the exhibition has launched many labels and has been a platform for talented designers who have made a foothold in the fashion industry today. Tarun Sarda, CEO says, “Through ‘Celebrating Vivaha’ exhibitions we strive to launch new designers who have plenty of talent but need a platform to showcase it.” Some designers showcasing their special trousseau collections include: Sikandar Nawaz, Mayyur Girotra, Parul & Ashie, Azzalia by Palak Raheja, Amour, Mayank Sharma, Inaayat by Rajesh & Rashmi Bansal, Kasa by Shalini, Lustre by Poonam & Meenu, Sonia Mahajan, Ridhi Dhingra, Shrutika Bhardwaj, Prisha's, Ekta & Aman, Intricate by Viren, Vastr to name a few.

A list of jewellers are showcasing their creations at the two-day event they include leading jewellers like Shri Hari Diagems by Vinay & Anirudh, Diamond Constellation by Preeti & Poonam, Amaya Fine Jewellery, Prerna Rajpal, Sanzany by Rachna Motani among others. Since Celebrating Vivaha 2012 promises to be a complete wedding exhibition, there are categories other than clothing and jewellery that are a pre-requisite for any planning. For example, make up experts from Lakme will give the perfect make over for the big day.
