'Flyaway' by Nishka Lulla

Designer Nishka Lulla collaborated with Lancôme to create an exclusive capsule collection called ‘Flyaway’. Lancôme hosted a beauty and fashion evening to announce the launch its latest foundation, Miracle Air De Teint, for which Lulla designed a line of clothing called ‘Flyaway’. The special limited edition pieces were unveiled on May 22nd, 2014 at ‘Spices’, JW Marriott Mumbai. About her collect Lulla said it adds the delicate floatiness, wispiness and minimalistic element as well. Taking inspiration from the light weight formulation of the foundation, Lulla's pieces reflected a carefree and easy aesthetic. The silhouettes were free flowing and comprised of floral printed dresses and jumpsuits.

The latest offering by Lancôme, Miracle Air De Teint comprises of particles that create a new vision of nude, creating a blurring effect instantly transforming the complexion radiant. Influential fashion bloggers and stylists, Malini Agarwal, Sherry Shroff, Aanam Chasmawala, Antara Motiwala and Shereen Sikka, came together to unveil Lulla’s collection. They flaunted the ensembles in light, wispy fabrics and easy silhouettes. The ethereal symbol of the brand, Lancôme’s rose was used as a special motif on the pieces. It had pastel-coloured crop tops, pants and skirts in cotton, sheer and organza fabrics

Lulla’s label Nisshk is popular among her celebrity clientele including Sonam Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Jacqueline Fernandez.
