Kaul’s collection featured a blend of lace and silk for daytime as well as evening wear dresses. Colours ranged from various shades of bright and vibrant colours to soft pastel, which are apt for the Spring/Summer season. Her designs, cuts and silhouettes feature traditional lace over contemporary style. Pencil skirts were finished just above the knee and paired with matching crop tops in lace. Dresses were figure-hugging and high-necked. Satin and pastel colours were embellished with collars of the same colours, sheer sleeves or adorned with lace. Her designs during the London Fashion Week symbolised her love for fashion.
While Kaul was studying chemistry, she was silently taking a degree in fashion from NIFT. She is frequently on the lookout for up and coming trends, travelling the world to attend various fashion shows and purchasing materials that she can tinker on, mix and match to come up with her little masterpieces with inspiration from her favourite designers Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen and Coco Chanel. She has also been selling her collections privately.
