Bollywood’s favorite designer Neeta Lulla showcased her ornate and opulent bridal collection in silhouettes at the Aamby Valley India Bridal Week (AVCIBW) in Mumbai. Lulla’s name has been synonymous with Bollywood when Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri Dixit danced in her costumes in the trend-setting Devdas. Now celebrating her 25th year of designing wedding garments for brides-to-be, Neeta Lulla has designed for Bollywood beauties both onscreen and offscreen for their weddings.

At the AVCIBW her outfits were sensuous yet elegant. The models posed within a gilded frame, which was a part of the set and then sauntered across the long runways for the audience to get a good view of them and the creations in pastels to luxurious jewel tones. Showstopper actress Shriya Saran took to the ramp in a pretty baby pink lehenga. Moving back into the glorious past, when fashion was at its glamorous best, Neeta Lulla's bridal line was inspired by the nawabi ambience of yester years by.
