“Sari is my showstopper” that is how designer Gaurang Shah, who showcased his spring/summer collection at the Berlin Fashion Week last week chose to describe his showstopper. Gaurang was the only Indian designer this season, who was invited to showcase in Lavera Showfloor at Kosmos which is one of the biggest eco and sustainable fashion show in the world.

"I am putting 21 of my new collections teaming up with over 250 weavers from Indian, whom I work closely for my show at the Lavera Fashion Floor in Berlin today. A traditional intricately designed hand-woven Saree will be my showstopper at the Berlin Fashion Show," Shah he had said before leaving. He showcased 24 outfits in his collection, which included three saris and 21 Indo-western attires.
