Sustainability: Roadmap to Rational Denim
Sustainability was one of the key topics at this year's edition of Kingpins. Archroma introduced 'Roadmap to Rational Denim', a collaborative project initiated by fiber specialist Lenzing, textile manufacturer Royo and chemical specialist Garmon. The concept shares knowledge on how to produce jeans sustainably and leave the minimal environmental footprint. "We can live without denim, but not without water, "said Miguel Sánchez, Head of Global Business Development at Archroma.
