Élise An takes over as chief financial officer at Aubade

Lingerie brand Aubade is strengthening its management team with the appointment of Élise An as chief administrative and financial officer. As the company noted in a statement, An's arrival allows it to consolidate an all-female management team.

With over ten years of experience at international companies in the luxury, perfumery and business-to-business (B2B) sectors, she brings strong expertise in financial and operational management.

Aubade strengthens its management team to support its commercial transformation

The company's ambition is clear: to support commercial development while preserving the brand's identity, expertise and core values. Alongside the management team, the new chief administrative and financial officer will actively participate in laying the foundations needed to take the next steps in its transformation.

An's appointment comes during a major transformation phase for the company, which is part of the Swiss group Calida. At the beginning of the year, Aubade had already announced the creation of a centralised retail team under the leadership of its chief executive officer, Claire Masson. This new entity merges the retail, space management and wholesale divisions to respond more effectively to market demands.

Furthermore, An is not the only new hire at Aubade in September. Just over a week ago, the brand announced the appointment of Anne Gilbert as human resources director.

In the first six months of the 2025 financial year, the Calida Holding AG group recorded a considerable drop in its turnover (-8.6 percent). However, thanks to the sale of its Lafuma Mobilier division, which specialises in outdoor furniture, net profit is up.
