M&S appoints Helen Weir as Chief Finance Officer

Marks & Spencer Group (M&S) has announced the appointment of Helen Weir CBE to its Board as Chief Finance Officer. She is currently Chief Financial Officer at the John Lewis Partnership.

Commenting on her appointment, Marc Bolland, Chief Executive, M&S, said, “We are delighted to be appointing Helen as CFO. She is extremely well qualified, and brings a wealth of relevant financial, retail and consumer experience. We look forward to her joining the M&S team.”
