Swedish fashion retailer H&M has inaugurated its first physical location in Jodhpur, marking its debut in the state of Rajasthan. The store, situated within the newly developed K Mall on Main Pali Road, represents the 70th point-of-sale for the brand within the Indian market.

The retail space is distributed across two floors, housing the complete range of menswear, womenswear, and kidswear. The opening inventory includes the spring/summer 2026 (SS26) collection, which features a contemporary interpretation of heritage styles through a mix of structured and fluid designs.

Beyond apparel, the Jodhpur location incorporates a dedicated section for H&M Beauty. This department offers a comprehensive selection of makeup and aesthetic products designed to align with current trend cycles.

Price points for the new location have been positioned to maintain market accessibility. Items within the ladieswear category begin at 699 Indian rupees, while menswear and kidswear start at 399 Indian rupees. The beauty line is priced from 499 Indian rupees.

H&M India director, Helena Kuylenstierna, commented on the expansion during the inauguration. “We are excited to open our first store in Rajasthan, right here in the vibrant city of Jodhpur,” Kuylenstierna stated.

Kuylenstierna noted that observing the local community of fashion enthusiasts was significant for the brand. The director further described the opening as a milestone in the journey of the company to strengthen its presence across the country while providing quality at a sustainable price point.

The launch follows a period of consistent growth for the group in India. The company now operates in 32 cities across the nation, supported by an omnichannel strategy that includes its proprietary e-commerce platform and partnerships with third-party digital retailers such as Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and Nykaa Fashion.
