H&M’s flagship store opens in Noida

Swedish fashion brand H & M which has ventured into India last year, has opened its 4,000th store across 61 countries at Noida’s DLF Mall of India. Manager Janne Einola, Area Manager Mikko Alatalo and Store Manager Varun Pratap Singh, cut the red ribbon to welcome customers in the new store. Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra was the star attraction at the launch. The first day saw over 500 fashion lovers queuing up early in the morning to be the first to shop for the latest collections. The first 10 fashionistas in line received H&M gift cards worth Rs 4,000 while the next 200 in line received a limited edition H&M goodie bag and a gift card valued at Rs. 500. “The opening of H&M’s 4,000th store at DLF Mall of India was incredibly fun! I’ve always liked H&M’s exciting and affordable fashion- there is plenty of inspiration in store to create your personal style.” said Parineeti Chopra.

Janne Einola, Country Manager, H&M said, “This is truly a landmark moment for H&M, to have the 4,000th store launch in India, the biggest flagship that the country has seen yet, at a fantastic location. We are determined to bring a unique fashion experience with every store opening and are confident that our customers will enjoy shopping at H&M in DLF Mall of India.”

Spread over 37,000 square feet, the new store has four floors, with each floor dedicated to apparel and accessories for ladies, men, teenagers and children respectively. The flagship also features sections for lingerie, H&M Sport, H&M Mama for expecting mothers and a plus size collection, H&M+.
