Traditional lifestyle brand Shades of India, has opened a store at Emaar Palm Spring Plaza, Gurgaon. This is the brand’s second store in the country after Delhi. It is now planning to open another store in Mumbai soon.

David Housego the company's chairman says the brand has a flagship in the Meherchand Market, Delhi and some 10 shop-in-shops in major cities. It is planning for a high visbility space in Gurgaon which has grown at a breakneck speed but lacks innovative shops in apparel and lifestyle and this place suits us perfectly.

Mandeep Negi, Design Director says they are comfortable working with such ambience and have a strong clientele in Gurgaon. Shades of India, is internationally known as one of India’s most creative textile companies. Its range includes apparel, fashion and interior accessories, and home furnishings. In apparel, it launches six collections a year of which the most recent are Cinnamon, Borte, Baiyu and a Collection of Conversations.

Founded in 2012, Shades of India now sells through over 20 outlets in India and through its own online portal, Good Earth stores and the Jaypore on-line site.
