Tanishq expands US presence with 11th store opening in Southern California

Indian fine jewelry brand Tanishq, part of Indian conglomerate Tata Group, has expanded its retail footprint in the US with the opening of its 11th store in Southern California. Located on Pioneer Boulevard in Artesia, a long-established hub for Indian commerce and culture, the new 4,700-square-foot showroom officially opened on September 29, 2026.

The expansion underlines Tanishq's strategy of establishing a physical presence in North American markets with dense South Asian communities. The Artesia location features over 5,500 jewelry designs, offering a mix of traditional gold artistry, diamond pieces, and contemporary fine jewelry tailored for bridal, gifting, and everyday wear.

The grand opening ceremony included a ribbon cutting, traditional lamp lighting, a fashion show, and live music. Key attendees included K. J. Srinivasa, Consul General of India in Los Angeles; Congressman Derek Tran; Rene Trevino, Mayor of Artesia; and Arun Narayan, chief executive officer of Tanishq.

"Southern California is an important and dynamic market, and we are excited to bring Tanishq's heritage of gold artistry, craftsmanship and contemporary design to customers here."

With the addition of the Artesia showroom, Indian parent company Titan Company now operates 11 standalone retail locations in the US, including existing doors in New Jersey, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Redmond, Atlanta, Santa Clara, Virginia, Orlando, and Boston.
