Titan is looking at adding 20 to 25 more stores within this financial year and this will include Titan Eyeplus, World of Titan, Fastrack and Tanishq Boutiques. The brand will add at least four or five stores for Tanishq stores, 10 to 12 stores for World of Titan and 10 to 15 more for Titan Eyeplus. Titan plans to go as upcountry as possible and increase retail footprint in the East zone across all formats. In the East region it is looking at a presence in Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh.

The region contributes 20 per cent to the entire turnover of the company. So Titan is looking at tapping a larger footprint with a wider geography. The company will be expanding with both company-owned and company-operated as well as franchise based retail models. Titan is the world's fifth largest watch manufacturer. It has stores in varied formats under the categories of watches, jewelry and eyewear.

Titan Eyeplus now accounts for about 11 per cent of the company’s revenue. Titan is planning to open small format stores to strengthen its presence in the eyewear segment in small towns. Besides its own brands, Titan markets other international brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Emporio Armani, DKNY and Fossil.
