Boohoo could snap up Dorothy Perkins, Wallis and Burton

British fast-fashion group Boohoo has said it is in “exclusive discussions” with the administrators of collapsed retail empire Arcadia over the acquisition of the Dorothy Perkins, Wallis and Burton brands.
