Nidecker Group acquires Etnies, éS, Emerica and ThirtyTwo

Swiss sportswear conglomerate Nidecker Group has announced it will be acquiring Etnies, éS, Emerica and ThirtyTwo as part of a deal with the brands’ current parent company Sole Technology.
