Quick fashion platform Knot secures 5 million dollars in fresh funding

Knot, Mumbai's rapidly accelerating 60-minute fashion delivery platform, has successfully raised 5 million dollars in a new funding round. The investment was spearheaded by 12 Flags, with continued backing from existing investors Kae Capital and Boundless Ventures.

This significant capital injection, coming just three months after the company's previous round in August 2025, underscores investor confidence in KNOT's swift execution and its potential to establish the instant fashion-commerce category in India.

Founded in 2025 by IIT Bombay graduates Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, Knot is transforming the fashion shopping experience for Gen Z and millennial consumers by integrating hyperlocal distribution, creator-led discovery, and "Try 'n Buy" doorstep trials to ensure a frictionless, on-demand service.

CEO Archit Nanda noted that the opportunity lies at "the intersection of culture and commerce," emphasizing the platform's ability to deliver culturally relevant micro-trends to the customer's doorstep within 60 minutes.

Investor Rakesh Kapoor of 12 Flags supported this view, stating that Knot is effectively tapping into the demand for "ultra-fast, mood-based fashion."

With a current achievement of over 350 daily orders—a threefold surge in three months—KNOT plans to use the fresh funds to expand its 60-minute delivery network in Mumbai and new geographies, enhance its micro-warehousing and last-mile operations, and broaden its product assortment by onboarding premium labels such as Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Louis Philippe, and Allen Solly.
