Arvind to display apparel and fabrics range at Magic

Textile and apparel conglomerate and one of the leading Indian exporters, Arvind will be exhibiting an apparel range at the Sourcing at Magic expo in Las Vegas, US from August 16-19, 2015. The range on display would include its latest apparel jersey collection comprising T-shirts, polos, hoodies and joggers along with a variety of fabrics in cotton, cotton viscose, cotton modal, cotton poly, cotton stretch, viscose stretch and modal stretch in yarn dyed and piece dyed.

Magic, held twice annually, sees over 60,000 industry insiders in Las Vegas to shop for products from 11 markets. The comprehensive marketplace covers categories across men’s, women’s, juniors’ and children’s apparel, footwear, accessories and resources.

Arvind Textiles registered a 36 percent decline in net profit to Rs 58 crores for the quarter ending June 30. Net sales at the company’s retail and brands business, which accounts for 28 percent of the company’s turnover, increased 14 percent to Rs 527.96 crores from Rs 462.87 crores.
