FDCI announces dates for India Fashion Week S/S

The Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) will organise the 32nd edition of India Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2019 from October 10 to 13, 2018, the event will be held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi. Besides providing a platform to several new and established designers, it will introduce new concepts to keep up with the ever-changing dynamics of fashion industry.

The event will include a B2C-themed initiative called the ‘Designer Stockroom’ that will provide designers the chance to sell their old and new stock. It will continue the tradition of buyer sale for first four days and add a new stratum for a sale for the consequent two days, October 14-15, 2018.

The event, previously known as the Amazon India Fashion Week, has been restored to India Fashion Week as Amazon parted ways with FDCI this year. Amazon was the title sponsor of the event from the season of Autumn Winter 2015 till this year’s edition of AIFW Autumn Winter 2018.
