NGO, the Humans of Fashion Foundation this week presented a new app titled HOFFAcademy during the Luxury of Business Summit in Venice this week.
The organization created a platform that guides and connects individuals in the fashion industry who have experienced sexual harassment, abuse, misconduct and assault in the fashion industry with pro bono and subsidized legal professionals, counselors, and support networks. The company aims to create a safer workplace for all professionals in the fashion industry from models and designers to stylists and makeup artists.
The new app offers real-time advice and provides a platform for discussion. The technology aims to make the industry safer and encourage support between fashion veterans and the younger generation.
