Ecco has promoted its CEO of the Americas, Neal Taylor, appointing him to the global management team. Adam Meek, former product chief at Dr. Martens, has also joined the Danish footwear company.
Taylor has served as executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Ecco Global since August, as he announced on LinkedIn on Tuesday. He works on a hybrid basis from Salem, New Hampshire, from where he has led the Americas region as CEO since March of last year.
Before joining Ecco, Taylor worked at the US textile group Hanesbrands Inc., which was acquired by the Canadian apparel group Gildan Activewear Inc. about a year ago.
