Amit GT to open 15 stores in UAE

Designer Amit GT aims to launch 15 stores of his luxury fashion line, Amit GT Couture in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia. The designer has partnered with a Saudi-based company to expand retail footprint of his Amit GT Couture boutiques.

The company is on the lookout for suitable spaces in luxury malls in Dubai where he can open the first exclusive boutique, followed by Riyadh and Abu Dhabi. The designer is also looking forward to tie-ups with companies based in other Gulf countries, Europe and the US to open his boutiques.

The luxury brand is known internationally for its exquisite evening wear, apart from tops, jackets and dresses for women. Company has two labels under its fold, namely Amit GT which is an aspirational luxury brand and AGT by Amit GT which is an affordable luxury line. Though designer Amit GT started his ground work in India, he first established his mark on the international retail map through his flagship stores to garner the right kind of exposure. He has dressed over 30 Hollywood celebs like Eva Longoria, Toni Braxton, Rachel Weisz and many members of the royal families of Europe and Middle East and top socialites around the world.
