Dollar introduces Ultra-Premium thermals to combat winter

Dollar thermal line is an ultra-light warm clothing option to beat the chilly winter. The range includes men’s, women’s and children’s thermals made in quality fabric to keep the body warm and comfortable. “We have introduced the most stylish and designer range of thermals this year called ‘Dollar Ultra Premium”. They are ultra-luxurious thermals with superior fit and comfort. The colour range includes black, white and some others, available in round neck and V-neck for men and round neck for women,” explains Vinod Kumar Gupta, Managing Director, Dollar Industries.

Ultra-Premium range to beat the chill

Being a utility item, thermals are affordable compared to other winter garments. Dollar thermal wear targets those who aspire to wear good quality product at affordable prices. “Made with stretch fabric to fit all body contours, it has a state-of-the-art grid layer that improves heat retention throughout the body. It is specially made with Amino Silicon that provides excellent elastic properties, exceptional softness and silky finish that is capable of withstanding repeated washing cycles. Its svelte design does not make you feel like you are overdressed,” says Gupta, elaborating on the USP of its thermal range.

Dollar says the thermal wear range offers the best fit, is highly stretchable, having shape retention techniques. V-neck, round neck collection is available in full and half sleeves for men and in full sleeve and sleeveless option for women. “There is growing demand for light weight, thin thermals that can be worn undershirt. In thermal wear, basic colours are always in demand such as white, black, grey and mélange. For Dollar Ultra thermal range, we have white, black, grey, mélange and dark shades,” Gupta states.

New innovations in thermals

Dollar has also extended its thermal range, which now also offers ladies’ blouses, thermal camisoles and thermal vests for men. The brand also aims to introduce thermal leggings for women. “Winter garments specially thermals hold a lot of potential since its low cost compared to other winter garments. This has made us focus on the changing needs of today’s consumers. We keep Ultra thermal range light in weight with soft and smooth texture as perfect undershirt to combat the cold. Dollar Ultra thermals are made with double ply fabric and real wool is brushed inside to keep it warm,” avers Gupta.

Changes in climate and region give variation in selection of winter wear products. So do the different income groups. “Therefore, we as manufacturers stress on region specific products,” says Gupta, adding, “For example, in Northern region’s chilly weather wooly cots are more helpful than lightweight thermals. And as woollens don’t need to be washed frequently, the colour preference is dark like black, brown, stone and maroon.”

Dollar makes both fashion and basic winterwear. Dollar fashion thermal wear is known as Ultra thermal and Ultra Premium thermal, which is extra smooth, thin and lightweight with snug fit. The basic Dollar winter wear is labelled ‘Dollar Wintercare’. It is thick with soft fabric that provides warmth and comfort without itching and irritation.
