Fashion designer Archana Kochhar ties up with Craftsvilla

Online marketplace for ethnicwear, Craftsvilla has teamed up with leading designers Archana Kochhar to unveil her collection on the portal. The collection will consist of salwar suits and anarkalis among a range of ethnicwear. This is the first time for Kochhar.

Kochhar is known for her global design sensibilities and has showcased her collections both nationally and internationally for now a decade. She designs both prêt and couture and has a vast range of lehengas, anarkalis, saris and gowns, all designed innovatively. Her design sensibility combines exquisite embroideries and nouveau texturising techniques with a touch of the traditional. Colour palette is bright and happy. Kochhar’s clothes are an ideal combination of Indian contemporary silhouettes and craftsmanship.

Kochhar says her range is stylish but not unaffordable. This collaboration is, as she points out, a step towards reaching out to an audience who want to wear her creations without feeling burdened by the price tags.
