Fastrack, the youth brand from Titan with 148 stores across 75 cities in India, now plans to double store count and reach 300 stores by the end of December 2015. It also aims to add more product categories under its portfolio. Fastrack is also revamping its stores into a new retail format. The brand offers products like watches, sunglasses, bags, backpacks, wallets, belts and helmets.

Last December, Fastrack introduced helmets by outsourcing their manufacturing to Italy's AGV SpA's India arm Cyber AGV that makes helmets for Harley Davidson, Royal Enfield and Vespa. Fastrack launched into 1998, was treated as a separate entity in 2005 targeting urban youth in the age group of 15-25 years. So the label gradually launched youth-centric products such as watches, sunglasses, bags, belts and wallets to woo them.

From a turnover of Rs 25 crores, the brand has reached a figure of Rs 850 crores, with a CAGR of 25 percent to 30 percent. In FY14-15, Fastrack alone registered Rs 100 crores in annual sales. Having a distinct identity of its own, the brand has been selling four million watches, one million sunglasses, half a million bags, belts and wallets every year.
