JetSynthesys acquires multi-designer retailer Rudraksh

JetSynthesys, part of the Navani-family owned JetLine Group of Companies, has acquired Pune-based multi-designer retailer Rudraksh for an undisclosed amount. Launched in 2008, Rudraksh run by Renee Enterprises operates an online fashion portal Studiorudraksh.com and a franchisee store in Vadodara, Gujarat and a store in Pune.

After opening its first outlet in Pune in 2008 offering over 100 labels, Rudraksh has been retailing collections of lesser known and well known Indian designers like Tarun Tahiliani, Wendell Rodricks, Krishna Mehta, Rahul Mishra, Ranna Gill, Ekru, among many others.

The company is also active through social media with its own facebook page as 'Rudraksh', a twitter handle '@StudioRudraksh' and on Instagram as 'studiorudraksh'. Besides its existing base of customers from in and outside Pune, Rudraksh also targets an international customer base as the web store that has capacity to ship not just domestically but also internationally to any location.

Rudraksh will be merged into JetSynthesys’ digital fashion vertical. Rasika Wakalkar, Founder, Renee Enterprises will now head the fashion vertical of JetSynthesys.
