KG Fabriks to launch refurbished online platform in May 1

After Srihari Balakrishnan, Managing Director of KG Fabriks realized that it is not possible to showcase the company’s vast product range to its clients at international expos, he decided to display it online. Now the company is all set to launch its refurbished web platform on May 1, 2015.

The company has uploaded over 500 curated designs under various categories on the platform. Balakrishnan further aims to increase design portfolio by ten-fold in 12 months. The company has also roped in a team of designers to launch around 40 to 100 designs every week. The company is certain that now it would be easier for everyone from garment makers, merchandisers, fashion to costume designers to view the entire design range and then place order for samples.

However, KG Fabriks would not be manufacturing the all the designs in-house. It has partnered with suppliers and weavers to outsource this job. Since the company finds future prospects of retail in mcommerce, it would also launch a mobile app in two-three months to further facilitate design.
