P N Rao opens doors to a new store in Bangalore

P N Rao, well-known Bangalore-based suit makers since 1923, has opened a new store at Koramangala in Bangalore. Designed by Vidiris Architecture led by Sunil Kumar, the classy store displays a wide signature collection of the brand. Visual merchandising by We Design, is enhanced by using imported props and category positioning, a concept not very familiar with PN Rao earlier. To introduce the improvised look and feel, the facade wears a new mask which expresses the classier attitude of the brand.

One of the oldest and largest family-led corporations in the suit industry, P N Rao has been in the forefront of suiting's and groom wear for over 90 years. What began as a British dressing service in the early British Empire has grown into a multi dimension company. Since its founding in 1923, three generations of the company have successfully steered the business forward.

Over the years, its patrons have grown not only in Bangalore and the rest of Karnataka, but also across India and the world. There are loyal followers of the brand based in the US, UK, Germany, Japan, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands, among others.
