ShopClues adds popular clothing brands on its platform

Online marketplace ShopClues has now added brands like Numero Uno, Raymond, Ritu Kumar and ColorPlus, to expand its offerings under the high margin fashion portfolio.

“Fashion and apparel form one of the most popular categories on ShopClues. With the introduction of these brands on our marketplace, we will be able to offer shoppers a mix of an unstructured and a high-end buying experience,” Animesh Kumar, Assistant Director-Fashion at ShopClues said in a statement.

Other fashion brands are already available on its platform include: Park Avenue, Lavie, Garfield, Canary London, Miss Sixty and Monte Carlo and as well as license merchandise of Marvel and Disney characters Superman and Avengers under Bioworld.

With ecommerce firms are trying to turn profitable by initiating measures to expand their offerings and better service, Tiger Global-backed ShopClues announced plans to position its ecommerce operating system on cloud. To help its existing sellers expand their offline reach, ShopClues will aggregate services such as marketing, logistics and advertising on digital channels.

ShopClues
