South African e-store Zando to retail Being Human clothing

South Africa's online fashion shop Zando would be retailing the brand Being Human, endorsed by Bollywood star Salman Khan’s Being Human Foundation. Available to fashionistas in Europe and Middle East as well, the brand is aggressively following retail expansion plans even in India.

It has stores in places like Kolkata, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Varanasi, Guwahati, Delhi and Mumbai. As a part of its retail expansion plan, the company inaugurated 18 exclusive stores, including six franchise outlets during FY13/14 and five EBOs in FY12/13. Operating 29 exclusive stores including 6 franchisees, Being Human Clothing offers global fashion, while helping the twin causes of education and healthcare through the Being Human Foundation. The company targets to increase the number of stores to 50 by end of 2015.

The wide range includes T-shirts, shirts, polos, denims, chinos, shorts, jackets, hoodies, flip flops and accessories. Being Human Clothing has also extended its line to include women’s wear portfolio of dresses, skirts, tops and blouses. Mandhana recently announced plans to go for demerger subject to approval, the retail business comprising its Being Human brand and other brands, would be known as Mandhana Retail Ventures.
