Creative Edge Mens Wear is the owner of brand Denis Parkar that has been actively catering to the men’s segment since 1994. The initial focus was on making men’s suits and coats for the domestic market. “It was in 1999 that Denis Parkar was established as a brand. Since then, it has been catering to the growing demands of the men’s fashion segment,” says Manoj Gupta, Director of Denis Parker.
Ethnic festive collection in slim fits
Ethnic collection under Denis Parker, for the forthcoming festive season is in slim-fit silhouettes, bright colours, textured fabrics, jute blends, bright velvets and silk kimkhabs. “Products such as Modi jackets, bandhagala and Indo-westerns with harem and breeches are in demand. Colour palette for the season is bright with purple, peach, green, fuchsia and maroon shades dominating the scene. We also have matching broaches, handkerchiefs, ties, bows and appliques,” explains Gupta.
To become complete wardrobe solution provider, the company ventured into men’s ethnic wear segment. “Looking at the consistent growth patterns of the brand and its growing awareness and popularity, we are confident that Denis Parkar will be a leading fashion and lifestyle brand internationally in coming years,” adds Gupta.
The company boasts of a range that is truly large and varied. The profile, apart from men’s formal suits and coats, includes designer suits, coats, shirts, trousers, Indo-westerns and sherwanis . “Widening our horizon, we also established our production and supply of world-class garments for domestic and overseas clients. The main objective is to stand up to buyer’s expectations with consistent quality backed with a R&D division equipped with latest technology, a team of highly qualified technocrats adhering to timely schedules,” asserts Gupta.
Establishing itself as complete men’s brand
With continued efforts of its Directors Manoj Gupta and Sanjeev Gupta, Denis Parkar enjoys a market share of more than 25 percent in Indian men’s wear suits and coats segment. The company has a manufacturing capacity of producing 500 pieces of suits and 300 coats per day. Nearly 30 percent of the manufacturing is done in-house and the rest is outsourced from vendors on contract basis.
The brand enjoys a presence across 580 MBOs across India and its merchandise is also exported to international markets such as USA, Canada, Dubai and Bangladesh.
