LFW announce list of Gen Next participants

The Lakme Fashion Week organisers have announced the list of seven designers, who will be part of 20th batch of Gen Next category, at the forthcoming fashion event from August 26. The seven names include: Ajay Kumar, Charchit Bafna, Kriti Tula, Jebin Johny, Ishita Mangal, Shivangi Sahni and Siddhartha Bansal. They will be mentored by the country's leading fashion consultant and entrepreneur Sabina Chopra.

Acclaimed designer Gaurav Gupta will bring the curtains down as the grand finale designer of Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2015 for his edgy designs and futuristic concepts, Gupta will present his signature style range during the fashion extravaganza. Last year, LFW shifted to a new location from the Grand Hyatt hotel to Palladium Hotel in Lower Parel, Mumbai. A bi-annual affair held over a period of five days, LFW provides platform for a mix of 100 established and upcoming designers to showcase their latest collections.
