Acclaimed Indian designer and a regular at fashion circuits in Paris, Manish Arora presented his collection at the Paris Fashion Week recently. With presenting partner Exclusively.in, he created a fantasy land of warrior princesses and tribal heads dressed in rich shades of pink and gold.

Models in his Autumn/Winter collection flaunted gold breastplates, studded skull handbags, pink trainers and a feathered Mohawk-style headdress with matching nosepiece, lime green fluffy jumpers embellished with over-sized dragonflies, wolf design on a blue and pink silk dress embellished with clusters of crystals and a pink owl on the shoulder.

The designer, known for his colourful showcases during Paris Fashion Week, also chose the French capital for his debut flagship store. Formerly creative director at Paco Rabanne, Manish Arora has had a long-standing relationship with Paris since 2007 when he showcased his first catwalk show in the city, and he is even a member of the Fédération française de la Couture, du Prêt à Porter des Couturiers et des Créateurs de Mode.
