Monte Carlo unveils new smart casual range of kids

Monte Carlo is now wooing little customers with an innovative collection for the forthcoming Autumn/Winter and festive season. “AW 15-16 is full of enthusiasm. Monte Carlo Kids style statement is full of fusion of black/white, multiple fabrics and techniques along with innovative necklines and fresh colours,” says Sumit Aggarwal, Head of Production (kids’wear), Monte Carlo.

Smarts collection for kids

The season’s collection at Monte Carlo is dominated by casual wear and themes for the season include Biker’s Gang, Roller Coaster and Oil & Grease. “These themes cover sports, fusion, washes, prints and spray techniques respectively. We have adopted Henley’s, T/n button, zip plackets, hoods with zippers in tops for this season. In Jackets - intimate leather, washed bright cottons, sporty jackets, and reversible with latest accessories and printing/ appliqués are the key style trends. Denim comprises knitted, structured fabrics having cross pockets and appliqués with latest washes,” elaborates Aggarwal.

The colour palate is full of medium bright tones. Mustard and deep red are the two dominating colours for the season. Besides this indigo, rose, green, bright rust are also in vogue. “Accessorisation is an important part of our product range. We use branded buttons, trims, pullers, leather patches, woven labels, flags, fancy zippers and stoppers as per requirement of the product,” states Aggarwal, adding, “We extensively work on forecast and international trends. Our in-house design team ensures latest fashion with the help of regular international market survey. And we also subscribe to forecasts.”

Increasing its hold on apparel market

Monte Carlo Fashions is a leading manufacturer and retailer of woollen products, including sweaters and cardigans, and cotton knitted garments such as T-shirts and track suits. It also supplies accessories like belts, ties, inner wear, thermal wears and socks.

Their manufacturing facilities are primarily located in Ludhiana, Punjab, and are fully backed by capabilities in product development, design studio and an efficient sampling infrastructure. It is available across 217 EBOs and 1,200 plus MBOs in India and abroad.
