Planet Fashion, a fashion retail format from the stable of Madura Fashion and Lifestyle recently celebrated its 15th anniversary with a fashion event organised in Bangalore. The company has also overhauled Planet Fashion's brand identity to convey a more evolved, sophisticated image. As a part of this re-branding exercise, Planet Fashion’s new logo, featuring the ‘Infinity’ symbol in red and white, with a black accent, was also unveiled.
Madura Fashion & Lifestyle launched Planet Fashion as a specialty menswear chain in 2001. With 240 stores across 180 cities, Planet Fashion enjoys positive demand even in smaller towns such as Udupi, Bareilly and Dehradun. The stores offer merchandise from leading in-house brands such as Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Peter England, and Allen Solly.
The company not only aims to more than double its turnover to Rs 700 crores from Rs 300 crores now, over the next three years but it is also planning to add 300 more stores to its network.
